Reorganise

Taking out the pieces of content and organising it to form a cheat sheet but the real essence is it to give the consumer ways to consume the content and work smarter.

Rewrite

As more and more content comes up the earlier content stales up. So, one way to fix it is to rewrite it either by changing designs, using different language to explain the jist of content, Updating old statistics, adding fresh quotes etc.

Retire

Content beyond the expiration date can be brand damaging. So, reviewing the content on parameters like performance, idea that it delivers or the audience still cares about the topic.

Building the Brand Image and realising it there after

Before getting involved with product or company, you need to sit down and think upon the three basic questions for your brand:

  • Company’s mission
  • Distinguishing your product/company from the competitors.
  • If you went away, society must feel the loss.

Upon answering those you are ready to release the product and let the employees and consumer take it to the next level.

Posting contents after contents is not meaning it doesn’t value to the user or if your content is high quality than also the numbers matters as each piece is kind of lottery so more the number of lottery more chances of having a big hit as no one has a recipe of guarantee that this or that content will take off you can only give yourself a chance by implementing some tips and trick so keeping the number of posts limited is also a point that needs consideration.

Since technology and tools are changing rapidly, using the same in your marketing such as video content as part of your content strategy you can stay ahead of the curve as by passing time it is going to get bigger.

Looking for what’s new big thing for you is that question needs to be asked yourself when you grow up. The magic pill is rolling up those sleeves and really getting after it.
